The Skin House is probably of the, if not the most, aesthetically-packaged brands I’ve ever seen. The Vital Bright Serum, our product in today’s spotlight, can prove that. With its’ vibrant Tangerine dropper-bottle, it absolutely looks gorgeous and luxurious. Not to mention the viscosity and scent of the actual serum. It smells fruity/citrusy, a favorite of mine, which is why I’ve fallen in love with it at first use.
It has a gel-type consistency and as mentioned above, it’s quite viscous. In fact, it’s so thick that when I applied a drop of the serum on my face, it just stayed there motionless. But despite the thickness, it applies really well and rather smoothly. It felt lightweight on my skin and surprisingly, absorbs quickly without any stickiness to it.
This product is formulated with powerhouse brightening ingredients such as Lemon, Cherry Pomegranate, Blueberry, Tomato, Acai Berry, Mulberry, Acerola, and Grape. When I discovered these ingredients, I was flabbergasted. How could have they concocted all of these potent ingredients in one bottle? But I was more than happy about, to be honest. Especially when my number one skin concern is dark spots. Brightening products are always a must in my stash.
After using this for about a month, I could very well say that the brightening of my skin had been quite noticeable. It is now more even-toned. There’s lightening of my dark spots however, I’ve been breaking out over and over again on the same spots which are my chin and jaw area. So, unfortunately, for every dark spot that fades, springs a new one. It sucks. But I still love this product nonetheless because it gets the job done and pretty well too.
