It’s Monday again everyone and while I’m one of those people who’s not too fond of Mondays, I’d rather start it with a clear mind, pure energy, and healthy well-being. Let’s start by taking care of our skin so I’m sharing my thoughts on AXIS-Y Dark Spot Correcting Glow Serum. Yes, another brightening product great for your anti-aging routine.
Let me break down to you the most notable ingredients this product boasts of. It contains 5% Niacinamide which, of course, as we all know is anti-inflammatory, plus it strengthens the skin barrier and it balances production too. It also contains Papaya Extract, Sea Buckthorn, and Glutathione which are powerhouse brightening ingredients to ensure that your post-inflammatory dark spots caused by the acne will be taken care of.
Meanwhile, the complete ingredients are Water, Glycerin, Niacinamide, Sodium Hyaluronate, Propanediol, Erythritol, Butylene Glycol, Squalane, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Extract, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Carica Papaya (Papaya) Fruit Extract, Hippophae Rhamnoides Fruit Extract, Malpighia Emarginata (Acerola)Fruit Extract, Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate, Chlorphenesin, Arginine, Ethylhexylglycerin, Carbomer, Glutathione, 1,2-Hexanediol, Hydroxypropyl Cyclodextrin, Disodium EDTA, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Allantoin, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil
So the product is housed in a 50 ML airless pump, in the brand’s signature crips white and green design. It’s my first time seeing a serum packaged like this and I think it’s really convenient and travel friendly too. I am able to dispense my preferred amount of product without problems.
I use this both day and night, as the second to the last step of my skincare routine. I only use just a tiny pump and I place them on all my dark spots. My skin is somewhat sensitive to Niacinamide so I try my best to be careful with the amount of product I use. So far, this product has not yet irritated my skin so I guess I’m doing it right. I notice some improvements though not drastically but I will continue to use this until I see evident lightening of marks.
This one costs Php 1,000.00 if you but from www.seekspace.co. You can click the link here. I still have a lot of the product so I don’t think there’s a need to get a new one right away. And I will decide if it can fade my dark spots away in the long run.
Take care, everyone!
